Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy for Room Hire Thanks for choosing our space! Here’s a quick guide to make your booking process easy and clear: 1. Booking Confirmation To confirm your booking, we ask for a 20% non-refundable deposit or full payment—whatever works best for you, as agreed with Joyfuel Ltd. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred date and time. 2. Payment Terms Deposit: A 20% non-refundable deposit secures your booking. You’re also welcome to pay in full upfront if that’s more convenient. Full Payment: The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event. For last-minute bookings (within 48 hours), we kindly ask for full payment at the time of booking. 3. Cancellation Policy Up to 48 Hours Before the Event: Need to cancel? No problem! If it’s more than 48 hours before your event, we’ll refund you fully, minus the 20% deposit. Within 48 Hours of the Event: Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable, but please reach out if there’s an emergency—we’re here to help. 4. Rescheduling Life happens! You’re welcome to reschedule up to 48 hours before the event, subject to availability. For rescheduling requests within 48 hours, our cancellation policy applies. 5. Room Guidelines To keep our space sparkling for everyone, we ask that guests refrain from using glitter, party poppers, or confetti. After your event, please leave the room as you found it. Additional cleaning or any damage may incur a small fee, but we know you’ll treat the space with care. 6. Time Extensions Need a bit of extra time? We’d be happy to discuss options for extending your booking—just let us know in advance! Last-minute extensions depend on availability and may have a small additional fee. 7. Additional Services and Outside Providers We’re happy to help arrange any extra services you might need—just let us know at the time of booking, and we’ll discuss what’s possible. If you’d like to bring in outside providers (such as caterers, entertainers, or equipment rentals), they will need to work directly with Joyfuel Ltd. However, your contract and payment arrangements will be with the provider directly. Please note: Outside providers are required to be fully insured and must have all relevant risk assessments in place to ensure a safe and smooth experience for everyone :)
